Control
The ZGFQ valve quality control system is strictly
following the ISO9001 and API6D-22. All necessary
documents are fully compiled. Every step of
material procedure is recorded; Test and inspection
should be processed to every valve; Tools and
equipments would be calibrated timely; Nonconformance
would be corrected; Employees would be trained
and educated regularly.
ก๑ 100% Qualified Valves
Every casting to be visional tested and the MTR
from supplier to be carefully check, then the
casting can be in machining procedure. Every finished
valve before delivery should passed the high pressure
hydro test and low air pressure test. Every valve
from ZGFQ is capable for pass more strict standard
than API598.
